Refundable Rates
Cancellation or modification of the reservation can be made with up to 48 hours of the check in of the reservation. In case of cancellation or change of the reservation after this deadline, or no attendance is charged 100% of the amount of the first night.
Non-guaranteed reservations will be automatically canceled after 6:00 pm on the check-in date in the absence of attendance. (Reservations without credit card or prepayment for guarantee or with incomplete card data are considered not guaranteed.).
